Overview Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Window Cleaner to work with a Housing Trust based in Bedfordshire on a Permanent basis. The details of the job are below:
- Hours: Full-time 36 hours 7.30am to 15.30pm Mon - Fri
- Salary: £31,830 per year
- Location: Bedfordshire
- Must have full clean manual driving licence. Company van will be provided.

You’ll be travelling across our estates, making sure communal windows are spotless and our residents can enjoy the view. A company vehicle is provided, so all you need is your skills, your energy, and your commitment to top-tier service.
What you’ll do:
- Use reach-and-wash and traditional techniques to clean communal windows to a sparkling standard
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions to keep everything on track
- Maintain and care for your equipment and vehicle - because clean tools = clean windows!
- Report any issues like graffiti, damage, or repairs needed
- Carry out extra cleaning tasks like jet washing, moss removal, and gutter cleaning
- Keep communal areas safe and hazard-free
- Cover for colleagues when needed and be a team player
What you’ll need:
- Experience with window cleaning systems (reach-and-wash and traditional)
- Great attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- Basic knowledge of health and safety (including COSHH)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence - manual
- Basic DBS Check
