Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred support to service users during night shifts.
- Supporting clients to develop independent living skills and sustain their tenancies.
- Completing support plans, risk assessments, incident reports, and case notes.
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting their wellbeing.
- Managing challenging behaviour and responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
- Liaising with external agencies and support services where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience within supported housing, homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, or social care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.

As this is a women-only service , our client is looking to recruit female Night Support Workers for this particular role.
