The re-implementation of NEC Housing and enablement of the Account Analytics functionality of the application requires a detailed understanding of the NEC Housing database. The skill set required to complete this piece of work is a combination of expertise in Housing business processes and an understanding of the NEC Housing data structures.
This is a contract role for an initial six month term during the life of the implementation programme. The intention is to conduct a skills transfer to permanent officers within the Housing directorate and hand over the support function.
The candidate will have at least three years' experience working for Borough Councils implementing all or most of the following NEC Housing Modules:
- Repairs
- NEC Assets
- Planned Maintenance
- Engage
The role involves participating in solution design sessions, module build & configuration, functional testing and facilitating user acceptance testing.
