- We are recruiting an experienced
Inclusive Support Administrator to join a busy and supportive Inclusive Support Team at a leading further education college.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in an educational environment and is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The Role
As the Inclusive Support Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Inclusive Support Team, ensuring students with SEND receive the best possible experience from their first interaction with the college.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Inclusive Support Team.
- Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
- Maintaining accurate student records and databases.
- Processing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Preparing reports and distributing information.
- Supporting SEND administration processes.
- Liaising professionally with students, staff, parents and external agencies.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and safeguarding procedures.
- Assisting with wider college activities such as enrolment and other operational events when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school, college or education setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and working with sensitive information.
Experience supporting SEND teams or working within education would be highly advantageous.
