Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) in Plumbing, GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent), and a full teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
Industry Experience: Strong background in plumbing with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, including Green Technologies.
Teaching Skills: Experience in training, mentoring, or delivering education to students or apprentices.
IT & Communication Skills: Ability to use modern teaching technology, including Microsoft Teams and interactive learning tools.
