Housing Officer – Temporary (3 Months) – Fife
Location: Fife
Contract: 3 months (immediate start)
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to support their housing services team in Fife. This is a temporary 3-month contract and an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated patch of properties, delivering excellent housing services
- Handle tenancy management, arrears, and rent collection
- Provide advice and support to tenants to help sustain tenancies
- Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Housing Officer (or similar housing role)
- Strong understanding of housing legislation and tenancy management
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
