Slough Borough Council are currently recruiting a Temporary Accommodation Compliance Officer to join their team. Please see below details;
- Compliance Document Collection
- Support the delivery of a compliance programme for approximately 1500 TA units.
- Request statutory and regulatory compliance documents – Gas / EICRs / EPCs / FRAs / Legionella / HMO licensing, pictures/videos of property – UPLOAD THE CERTS ON NEC.
- Review certificates for validity, accuracy, expiry dates etc.
- Flag concerns or discrepancies with provider / management team.
- Update and maintain the centralised tracker on shared drive.
- Escalate non-compliance or non-cooperation to management team.
- Undertake TA property inspections to confirm property standards, occupancy or welfare checks as required.
- Carry out inspections – investigating disrepair complaints/Members.
