Key Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day management of the service
- Leading and supervising a team, including inductions, supervisions, coaching, and development reviews
- Supporting recruitment, performance management, and overall service delivery
- Managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements
- Building effective relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
- Monitoring KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met
- Supporting budget management and operational performance across the service
- Experience within substance misuse, social care, mental health, or supported housing services
- Previous staff supervision or management experience
- Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
- Ability to work effectively with voluntary and statutory agencies
