Morgan Hunt currently requires a Plumber/Assistant Plumber for NHS based in Middlesex.
Pay Rate: £18ph to £20ph Ltd.
Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm Fri.
Location: Middlesex.
Duration: 3 months ongoing contract.
Requirements:
- Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
- Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
- Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
- Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations.
- Strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services.
- Specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps).
- Water safety Training.
Experience:
- Experience with all types of mechanical, ventilation or gas installations and maintenance.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Would accept newly qualified Plumbers with some commercial building experience.
