The ideal candidate:
- Background in Administration, HR or Finance recruitment (agency recruitment)
- Strong research skills and desire to become an expert in the field
- Ability to develop relationships and create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone
- Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Key role responsibilities:
- Candidate management: Takes ownership of candidate pool generation through targeted advertising and networking via LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources, monitoring job boards, and generating referrals. Administrative compliance – effectively registering candidates to build the candidate database. Ensures that all aspects of candidate care, both prior to and post placement, are delivered to Morgan Hunt's standards – maintaining continuity of communication.
- Business Generation & Client Management: Self‑motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls. Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand. Prioritises business opportunities correctly. Develops relationships with clients to secure repeat business: consistent telephone contact, conducting effective meetings, and proactively seeking service reviews. Consistently meets set deadlines. Develops specialist knowledge of the chosen sector. Delivers end‑to‑end consultancy service, exceeding client and candidate expectations.
