Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a senior integrations lead. This role leads the Workday integrations sub-workstream within the technical workstream of a broader Workday implementation programme. The primary focus is on designing, planning, and delivering integrations between Workday and internal/external systems, ensuring the integration landscape is well-defined in preparation for the full system integrator (SI)-led implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration Projects: Manage the Workday integrations workstream, reporting to the Senior Technical Delivery Manager.
- Design and Develop Solutions: Define integration strategies and patterns using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, third-party vendors, and the Data Lead to ensure accurate and secure data flows.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the build, test, and deployment phases of integration development.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical documentation (e.g., data flow diagrams, interface inventories) and report on progress, risks, and readiness.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all integrations comply with GDPR, security standards, and audit requirements.
Essential Skills
- Experience in integration leadership roles in ERP/HCM programmes (ideally Workday)
- Knowledge of Workday integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, API\'s)
- Experience designing and delivering integration strategies
- Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Azure etc)
- Ability to deliver multiple integrations at once
