Responsibilities:
- Providing in-class support to SEND students across a range of subjects
- Assisting students during break times, lunch, trips, and extra-curricular activities
- Using positive behaviour strategies to support student wellbeing
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes
