About the Role / Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Functional Skills Tutor to deliver Functional Skills up to level 2 in English and Maths for young people aged 16-24.
This role emphasizes a blended learning approach, utilizing both group sessions and one-on-one support to ensure learners achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver Functional Skills lessons in English and Maths.

- Conduct initial assessments and create action plans for learners.
- Maintain a caseload of learners and monitor their progress.

Education Requirements
