We are currently supporting a well established college in South Yorkshire who are seeking a Lecturer in Catering & Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or chef looking to move into education.

Duties will include:

  • Delivering practical and theory sessions across Catering & Hospitality
  • Supporting learners working towards vocational qualifications
  • Contributing to menu planning, costing and operational delivery within the restaurant
  • Working with FOH to provide students with a realistic environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Professional Chef within a busy hospitality environment

  • L3 Hospitality/Catering Qualification
