The predicted salary is between 25 - 35 £ per hour.

As an Electrical Trainer Coach, you will work closely with apprentices, employers, and curriculum teams to ensure learners successfully progress through their Electrical qualifications and apprenticeship standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of Electrical apprentices and learners.
  • Conducting workplace reviews and progress meetings.
  • Supporting learners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their qualification.
  • Monitoring learner progress against apprenticeship standards and qualification requirements.
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and developmental feedback.
  • Liaising with employers to ensure apprentices are receiving appropriate workplace support and experience.
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and compliance documentation.
  • Preparing learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) where applicable.
  • Supporting achievement, retention, and progression targets.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related Electrical discipline.
  • Recent industry experience within the Electrical sector.
  • Previous experience assessing, coaching, mentoring, or training apprentices is highly desirable.
  • Assessor qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Teaching or training qualification desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for developing future Electrical professionals.
