Our client, a respected regulatory body, is seeking a Resourcing Officer to join their Resourcing Team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of positions and departments, delivering an efficient, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding, ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies through proactive sourcing.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to evaluate hiring performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment reports, highlighting talent risks, opportunities and key performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver recruitment training and coaching for hiring managers, promoting best practice and a consistent recruitment approach.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and attracting talent from under-represented groups.
- Support the development of employer branding initiatives that strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems, processes and the effective use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), working collaboratively to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an in-house talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience using a variety of sourcing methods to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Confident in supporting and coaching hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Able to produce clear recruitment reports and use data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborative, inclusive and committed to delivering a positive recruitment experience.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Makes informed decisions using evidence, sound judgement and data.
