Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Relationship Manager on a permanent basis for a national legal membership and regulatory body based in London. The relationship manager will lead on building strategic relationships, driving forward the organisations brand and pushing uptake in relevant products and services offered to members and stakeholders.

Ideally you will be a people person with excellent customer service skills and a strong background of developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level professionals in a membership/regulatory body or NFP environment. You will have experience in marketing, focusing on developing programmes and bespoke solutions with the aim of increasing revenue and improving outcomes for organisation partners.

Key experience and competencies for a Relationship Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience of driving outcomes through relationships built with various stakeholders
  • Experience in driving stakeholder engagement with products and services
  • Experience in project management including managing timelines, stakeholders and budgets
  • Competent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with ability to see the big picture and the tasks needed to achieve goals and objectives
  • Ability to be resilient under pressure and able to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
