Morgan Hunt\βs Public Sector and Government client based in South East England is looking to recruit a Recovery Officer to provide support throughout a busy period.
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:
β Proficiently use the Academy (Capita) Revenues and Benefits processing system
β Administer the Collection and Recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates (NNDR)
β Open, close and amend Council Tax and Business Rates Accounts
β Take payments and set up direct debits
β Trace absconded Council Tax Payments
β Deal with Attachment of Earnings and Benefits
β Determine liabilities
β Issue reminders and notices
β Handle summons arrangements
β Liaise with external organisations including Bailiffs
β Prepare cases for Magistrates Court Committals
Assist with providing frontline customer service telephony contact for Revenues and Recovery enquires
