Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Lesson Delivery: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons covering key psychological concepts, theories, and research methods.
- Assessment & Feedback: Develop and implement assessments to monitor student progress, providing timely, constructive feedback that supports their academic growth.
- Student Support: Offer additional support to students, addressing individual learning needs and ensuring they have the resources to succeed in their studies.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Psychology curriculum, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and ensure timely intervention when necessary to provide additional support for struggling learners.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
