We are seeking a motivated and resilient Project Worker to support clients in a supported housing setting. The role focuses on helping individuals understand and manage their support needs, develop independent living skills, and progress towards more independent accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive needs and risk assessments
  • Develop and review short-term and long-term support plans
  • Support clients to build life skills, social networks, and access education, training, or employment
  • Deliver key working and one-to-one support sessions
  • Support tenancy sustainment and carry out housing management duties
  • Work collaboratively within a recovery-focused framework, including the SHP Opportunity and Recovery Programme

Shift Pattern

  • Monday-Friday on a rota basis
  • Early shifts: 8:00am - 3:30pm
  • Late shifts: 3:00pm - 10:30pm
  • One week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or complex needs
  • Ability to complete risk and needs assessments
