We are seeking a motivated and resilient Project Worker to support clients in a supported housing setting. The role focuses on helping individuals understand and manage their support needs, develop independent living skills, and progress towards more independent accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive needs and risk assessments
- Develop and review short-term and long-term support plans
- Support clients to build life skills, social networks, and access education, training, or employment
- Deliver key working and one-to-one support sessions
- Support tenancy sustainment and carry out housing management duties
- Work collaboratively within a recovery-focused framework, including the SHP Opportunity and Recovery Programme
Shift Pattern
- Monday-Friday on a rota basis
- Early shifts: 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Late shifts: 3:00pm - 10:30pm
- One week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts
