We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project/Recovery Worker to join a well-established homelessness and supported housing service in Westminster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable adults towards independence and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of clients within supported housing/community services
  • Supporting clients with recovery, tenancy sustainment, and independent living skills
  • Completing risk assessments, support plans, and safeguarding reports
  • Providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults
  • Liaising with external agencies including mental health, substance misuse, and housing services
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and records
