The role - Project Worker
- Provide support to individuals who have experienced homelessness and are living within temporary accommodation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals around the support needs of individuals who have experienced homelessness.
- Develop and implement personalised support plans focusing on a strength based approach.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and services provided.
- The candidate
- Experience of working within supported housing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with vulnerable individuals.
- An understanding and ability to work in a trauma informed way supporting vulnerable people.
- An ability to show professional curiosity within the homelessness sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team - oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT Systems used to document information.
