Main Responsibilities:
- Modelling high‑quality planning, assessment, and teaching to ensure effective use of resources and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all learners
- Delivering outstanding teaching to learners with complex and profound needs
- Managing all aspects of the learner experience, including RARPAD, accredited and non‑accredited learning outcomes
- Overseeing the learner journey process, including Initial Assessment, Induction, Baseline Assessment, and progress summaries
- Setting appropriate long‑ and medium‑term goals, monitoring progress against targets, and producing termly review reports to evidence learner progression and outcomes
