About the Role / Job Summary

Morgan Hunt have partnered with a market leading welfare to work provider who are recruiting for a Peripatetic Special Needs Job Coach based in Wakefield but will require travel across Yorkshire.

You will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring individuals with learning disabilities or other barriers to employment.

This position focuses on facilitating meaningful internships that foster independence and enhance employability skills.

You will collaborate with employers and educational institutions to create a supportive environment for participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals in securing and maintaining internship placements.
  • Provide tailored coaching and mentoring to enhance participants' skills and confidence.
  • Work closely with employers to identify suitable roles and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to participants on their progress.
