About the Role
As a Lecturer/Assessor in Arboriculture, you will deliver engaging teaching alongside assessing learners in practical and workplace settings. You will play a key role in developing students' skills, knowledge and confidence, supporting them towards successful careers in the arboriculture and land-based industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across arboriculture programmes
- Assess learners in both practical and workplace environments
- Support student progress, development and achievement
- Provide guidance and feedback to support learning and progression
- Contribute to curriculum development aligned to industry needs
- Maintain accurate records of assessment and student progress
- Work closely with employers and industry partners where required
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice
About You
You will be a knowledgeable and hands-on professional with experience in arboriculture or a related land-based field.
