OneRen is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the organisation on an interim basis across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight, and supporting strategic decision making during a busy operational period. The contract offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office alongside home working flexibility. The office is well connected by public transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activity
- Support financial planning and business modelling
- Provide financial analysis and management reporting
- Partner with budget holders and senior management
- Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives
- Assist with financial governance and reporting requirements
- Line manage and support finance staff where required
About You
- Fully qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent
- Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and budget holders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work effectively within changing environments
- Public sector, charity, leisure, or regulated sector experience is advantageous
