OneRen is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the organisation on an interim basis across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight, and supporting strategic decision making during a busy operational period. The contract offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office alongside home working flexibility. The office is well connected by public transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activity
  • Support financial planning and business modelling
  • Provide financial analysis and management reporting
  • Partner with budget holders and senior management
  • Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives

About You

  • Fully qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent
  • Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and budget holders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Public sector, charity, leisure, or regulated sector experience is advantageous
