Overview
Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established charity who are seeking to recruit an Employability Tutor in Nuneaton. This is a full time permanent role working on site 5 days per week. The salary for this role is paying £27,000. The primary function of this role is to deliver Employability programmes whilst embedding Functional Skills to post 16 learners. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in teaching Employability programmes to post 16 learners.
Responsibilities
- Designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying Employability qualifications
- Contributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and procedures
- Ensuring learners documentation is correctly completed to ensure eligibility for funding
- Attending regular meetings with the quality team
Requirements
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in any vocational subject
- A Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification or assessing qualification
- Previous experience in teaching learners aged between 11-16 or 16-18 on either Traineeship, Employability Skills or Study Programme courses
