Basic Job Description
- Start date 17th August 2026
- Full time – 5 days a week – 37.5 hours per week
- Teaching T Levels (Year 1 and 2) and a bit of BTEC
- Teaching to 16‑18 year olds
- Ongoing long‑term sickness at least until December/Christmas time, could be extended
- £32‑40 per hour
- FE College in Greater Manchester
- Looking for a T Level specialist and must have experience delivering the T Levels in computer science/IT
- Must have DBS on the update service
Responsibilities
- Working in the Computing Department, engaging with a variety of learners and meeting the College's standards of work.
- Providing additional tutorial and pastoral support to students across the College as required.
- Delivering T Levels and BTEC Computer Science and IT.
Requirements
- A UK‑recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential.
- Experience delivering the subject and the T Level course.
- Computer Science / Computing / IT or a similar related qualification to degree level is essential.
- A current DBS on the update service.
