They have multiple offices across the UK and have a solid reputation for successful project delivery throughout numerous sectors within the Built Environment. Projects can vary from small works to £100m+ across Education, Heritage, High-End Residential, Cultural, Laboratories and more. They have a very modern, open-plan office space, with a positive energetic culture.

You will get exposure to designing a wide range of mechanical systems across multiple jobs and there is an excellent support system in place for staff training and development. They are currently seeking a Mechanical/Senior Engineer to join their Edinburgh office.

Role
  • Design mechanical building services systems across various projects
  • Produce calculations, specifications, and technical reports
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Participate in design reviews and client meetings
  • Conduct site surveys
Qualifications / Experience
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
  • 2+ years' experience in building services design (consultancy preferred)
  • Experience carrying out site surveys and producing survey reports
  • Familiarity with UK standards and regulations
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
