We\’re looking for an Management Accountant to join a small, friendly finance team based in Glasgow. You\’ll gain hands-on experience in management accounts, reporting and budgeting – with full study support for CIMA or ACCA.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years\’ finance experience who wants to step up in a supportive environment.

What you\’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and client revenue analysis

  • Post journals and reconcile prepayments, accruals and balance sheets

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for key cost areas

  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks

What we\’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar

  • 1-2 years\’ experience in a finance or accounting role

  • Studying or planning to study CIMA or ACCA

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn

  • Able to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Advanced Excel (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)

  • Experience in high-volume or commercial finance settings

  • Familiarity with ledger systems
