We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Maintenance Assistant to join a busy housing association in Glasgow for a period of a minimum of 3 months to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming tenant calls and accurately logging repair requests
  • Managing a shared repairs inbox and scheduling maintenance appointments
  • Coordinating gas servicing and planned maintenance visits
