Location: Haringey

Hours: Full-time (flexibility required including evenings/weekends when needed)

Contract: 3 months (may be extended)

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of the service
  • Leading and supervising a team, including inductions, supervisions, coaching, and development reviews
  • Supporting recruitment, performance management, and overall service delivery
  • Managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements
  • Building effective relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Monitoring KPIs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met
  • Supporting budget management and operational performance across the service

Experience Required

  • Experience within substance misuse, social care, mental health, or supported housing services
  • Previous staff supervision or management experience
  • Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs
  • Ability to work effectively with voluntary and statutory agencies
