We are seeking an experienced and motivated Strategy Manager to join our client's Strategy and Insight team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile strategic projects, provide evidence-based advice to senior leaders, and help shape organisational priorities in a complex and evolving environment. Working across teams and with external partners, you will bring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder management to deliver impactful outcomes. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, developing recommendations from complex information, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
Experience and skills:
- Experience in strategy, policy, transformation, organisational development or a related field
- A proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely
- Experience building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities
