About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to support the design, delivery, and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
This role involves ensuring that cloud applications and services are secure, high-performing, and sustainable, providing a high-quality user experience for software engineers and other users.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of a robust multi-cloud platform (AWS and Google) recognized within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver self-service cloud infrastructure and tooling.
- Maintain and enhance the multi-cloud platform, automating processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior team members to evolve cloud engineering architecture.
- Implementation of security practices aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop organizational policies and standards for cloud-based service design.
Qualifications
- AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in cloud engineering at SFIA level 6.
Education Requirements
- Ideally educated to bachelor degree level.

- Experience in developing policies and guidelines for cloud services.
