About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative

SEN Student Enrichment Coordinator to join our SEND team on a temporary basis.

This exciting role focuses on creating and delivering engaging enrichment activities that enhance the educational, social, emotional, and personal development of learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

You will support learners to participate in a wide range of activities that promote independence, wellbeing, confidence, employability, communication, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver inclusive enrichment activities for learners with SEND.
  • Organise educational visits, community projects, themed events, and social activities.
  • Support learners to develop independence, communication, and life skills.
  • Promote learner participation, engagement, and achievement outside the classroom.
  • Work closely with teaching staff, learning support teams, and external partners.
  • Adapt activities to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.
  • Support learners during off‑site visits and enrichment sessions.
  • Maintain appropriate records and evaluate the impact of enrichment activities.
  • Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and learner wellbeing at all times.
