Morgan Hunt's client based in the United Kingdom is looking to recruit a Recovery Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Incentives team across multiple Local Government contracts, ensuring delivery against monthly and annual performance targets across Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) recovery. This assignment will offer full‑time home working.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Lead, manage and motivate the Incentives team to deliver against contractual KPIs and financial targets.
- Monitor and drive performance across Council Tax and Non‑Domestic Rates (NNDR) arrears, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely production of mid‑month and end‑of‑month incentive reporting across all contracts.
- Carry out appraisals and one‑to‑one meetings.
- Allocate work and monitor individual performance.
- Oversee and validate incentive calculations, ensuring transparency and auditability.
- Handle escalations, client queries and complaints relating to incentive activity.
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting, automation and data processes.
- Oversee and lead a team of 12 staff.
- Deal with more complex queries from customers relating to their Council Tax.
- Assist the Operations Manager in drafting complaint responses.
