We are recruiting Project Workers to support individuals with complex needs, including homelessness, substance use, mental health challenges, and criminal justice involvement. You will deliver person-centred keywork, complete risk and needs assessments, develop support and safety plans, and help clients access services, benefits, and recovery pathways. The role also involves housing management duties and working closely with multi-agency partners.
Pay: £16.64 per hour (incl. holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday (early & late rota)
Contract: 3 months
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Experience supporting people affected by homelessness or temporary accommodation
- Strong casework and assessment skills
- Understanding of trauma-informed and psychologically informed practice
- Ability to engage clients with challenging or complex backgrounds
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with experience of multi-agency working
- Ability to build rapport with clients who may be reluctant to engage
