Your Role:
- Support residents with housing needs, monitor rent accounts, and minimize arrears through early intervention.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional services.
- Ensure residents' wellbeing through assessments, person-centered action plans, and safeguarding practices.
- Maximize housing occupancy while minimizing voids, and support residents in finding affordable move-on accommodation.
- Encourage resident engagement in education, training, and empowerment opportunities.
