The Role
- Delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1, 2 and 3 Carpentry, combining both practical workshop-based training and classroom theory.
- Supporting learners of varying abilities, helping them develop the technical skills and industry knowledge required for successful careers in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Carpentry programmes.
- Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Teach both practical skills in the workshop and underpinning theory in the classroom.
