A successful college in West London is seeking a dedicated Careers Advisor to join their team. This role involves providing impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) to students, complementing the work of a permanent part-time advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-to-one careers guidance interviews to assist students in making informed decisions about education, training, apprenticeships, and employment.

  • Support students who are uncertain about their next steps or withdrawing from courses, aiding them in accessing alternative opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Level 4 Careers Guidance qualification (or willingness to work towards one).

  • Knowledge of the Gatsby Benchmarks and careers guidance frameworks.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
