Business Improvement & Transformation Co‑ordinator to join an established Business Transformation & Improvement team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisation‑wide transformation, digitalisation and service improvement initiatives.
Working across a range of projects you will help drive meaningful change that improves services for customers, enhances colleague experience and supports the delivery of strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects.
- Help implement digitalisation and channel‑shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences.
- Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.
- Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.
- Assist with service improvement reviews and the development of more efficient ways of working.
- Support communication and engagement activities to help colleagues understand and embrace change.
- Use data, insight and feedback to support continuous improvement and better decision‑making.
