Vice Principal - Business Development & Employer Engagement

Full Time | Permanent | Salary: Circa £75,000 | Location: North West- Merseyside

Hugh Baird College is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Vice Principal to drive strategic partnerships, unlock new income opportunities and ensure the College continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for learners, employers and the wider community.

This is more than a leadership role, it's an opportunity to influence the future of skills, education and employer engagement across the Liverpool City Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
