Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, flexible working, and reasonable adjustment cases.
- Provide clear HR guidance and coaching to managers and staff at all levels.
- Advise on HR policies and processes relating to recruitment, redeployment, and terms and conditions.
- Develop expertise in TUPE, organisational change, and employment‑related processes.
- Support People Relations and Business Partner teams with organisational change and project work.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and case management documentation.
- Identify and escalate high‑risk or complex issues where appropriate.
- Contribute to training delivery and wider People team initiatives.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee relations and a range of HR‑related activities.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience working within a regulated environment.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent HR experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and advise managers and employees effectively.
