Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons across the relevant curriculum.
  • Plan lessons, learning activities and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Support students with their academic development and examination preparation.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team.
  • Support students in developing the knowledge and skills required for further study and employment.

About You

We're looking for someone who has

  • Experience teaching

Business within an FE or Sixth Form setting .

  • Strong subject knowledge across Business-related topics.
  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • A degree in

Business, Management, Finance or a relevant subject .

  • Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.
