We're working with a welcoming college in West London seeking a dedicated Lead Careers Advisor to join them on a temporary-ongoing basis, starting immediately. You'll be leading in the cross-college delivery of careers education, information, and guidance to 16-19 year old learners, supporting them to make informed choices about their future. You'll develop the careers programme and lead the Careers Team to ensure that students feel confident about their next steps.

Requirements:
