Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to deliver proactive, efficient, and responsive support to a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, proactive diary and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritise commitments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure SLT members are fully prepared for meetings through briefings and forward planning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, including other PAs, to coordinate and support meetings with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Manage agendas, forward planning, and proactively prepare and circulate meeting materials in advance.
- Partner with the wider PA/EA team to provide flexible, cross-directorate support, including cover during leave and busy periods.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including diary and inbox management, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with experience building relationships across all levels and teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing your own workload while supporting others.
- Proven ability to produce and handle a wide range of documentation, including confidential materials, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
