The predicted salary is between 1800 - 2800 £ per month.

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR Operations Manager to join a leading Educational organisation for an initial 3 month period. This may be extended.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR Operations function, including strategic oversight of HR operational processes, compliance, and systems.

You will also provide expert advice on complex or high-risk employee relations cases and lead a team of HR Assistants and an HR Business Partner.

You should be an experienced HR Operations Manager with a track record of working in the education or public sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations cases needs to be combined with a strong HR operations skill set. You also need to be CIPD level 5 qualified.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR Operations function with strategic oversight of HR operational processes, compliance, and systems.
  • Provide expert advice on complex or high-risk employee relations cases.
  • Lead and develop a team including HR Assistants and an HR Business Partner.
Qualifications
