The predicted salary is between 15 - 17 £ per hour.

Location: Redbridge / Ilford

Pay Rate: £15-£17 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Additional Requirement: 1 early outreach shift per week (7:30am-3:00pm)

Contract Length: 3-4 month assignment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Outreach Worker to join a substance misuse service based in Redbridge/Ilford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in drug and alcohol services who is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out community outreach and engaging with vulnerable clients
  • Supporting service users with recovery and support plans
  • Providing harm reduction advice and appropriate signposting
  • Working closely with partner agencies and support services
  • Maintaining accurate case notes and client records
  • Promoting recovery-focused interventions and safeguarding practices

Requirements
