We are seeking a Health & Social Care Lecturer for a Temp to Perm position in Thurrock, with a pay rate of £40.00 per hour. The role involves delivering Level 2 Early Years, T-Level Year 1 & 2 in Education and Early Years, and Level 2 Health qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons in Early Years and Health & Social Care.
  • Manage learner attendance, behaviour, and work submissions.
  • Track and report on student progress using internal systems.
  • Provide support and feedback to students aged 16-19.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve course content and delivery.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in Early Years Education and working with 16-19-year-olds.
  • Teaching Qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Health and Social Care (Level 2).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and internal tracking systems.

Desirable

  • Assessor Qualification (beneficial but not essential).
